Acceptance Conditions

You Must Confirm All of the Following

• You are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You have read, understood, and accept these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which are incorporated by reference.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You have not been previously excluded or self-excluded from the bte999 platform or any other gaming service that shares exclusion obligations with bte999.

Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bte999 website, mobile site, applications, and all associated services accessible at bte999.org.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the real money balance held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Funds.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other offering made available on the Platform.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method evidence required by bte999 under its Know Your Customer obligations.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the standard time zone applied to all Platform time references.

Section 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an Account on bte999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate or entity registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on the Platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, employee, or representative of bte999 or any of its affiliated partners or game providers.

bte999 reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the period specified in the verification request may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

By registering, you consent to bte999 conducting identity verification checks using the information you provide. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 3

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, regardless of whether those activities were carried out by you personally. bte999 strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on the Platform.
• Never share your username, password, or any one-time passcode with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact bte999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bte999 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

bte999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through payment methods that are registered in the name of the Account holder. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Processing times: Deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times during peak periods, public holidays, or system maintenance windows may be longer.
• Third-party payments: Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the source. Any winnings derived from third-party deposits may be voided.
• Currency: All transactions on bte999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

bte999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source of funds documentation, where the cumulative withdrawal amount or transaction pattern warrants additional review. This process is conducted in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Section 5

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bte999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying games, and time windows, are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before they can be converted to withdrawable Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• bte999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and to void bonus winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion is detected.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the stated wagering completion process.

Section 6

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All Wagers placed on bte999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. General betting conduct rules include:

• Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. Wager confirmation is indicated by the issuance of a bet slip or transaction reference number.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or pricing — including but not limited to typographical errors, data feed failures, or software malfunctions — bte999 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and refund the stake to the Player's Account.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to conclude within the period specified in the relevant market rules, the Wager will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Live betting markets are subject to delay and suspension during critical match moments. Wagers placed on suspended markets may be voided at bte999's discretion.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. All RNG-based games are independently verified for fairness. bte999 does not influence game outcomes.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bte999 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended features of the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of known or unknown system errors will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during the verification process.
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any identity, including the use of altered personal information or third-party identities.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

bte999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player against a deposit transaction.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Funds remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is at the Player's own request and no breach exists, any verified Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bte999 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or platform unavailability resulting from maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bte999's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with your security obligations under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Errors in odds or pricing that result in Wagers being voided under Section 6 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits bte999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the bte999 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of bte999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bte999 content without prior written authorisation.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

bte999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bte999 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

Your continued use of the bte999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Section 13

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of bte999 — including disputes relating to Account settlements, bonus conditions, game outcomes, or payment processing — the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute. bte999 aims to respond to all complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at the support level within 10 business days, you may request escalation to a senior review panel within bte999's operations team.
• Step 3 — Resolution: bte999's determination following senior review is final and binding in respect of all Platform-related disputes unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform must be initiated within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose.

Section 14

Privacy & Data Protection

bte999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) and stored securely. bte999 does not sell personal data to third parties for independent commercial purposes.
